Application: Spray

Spraying is the most versatile and widely used application technique: conventional air spray, HVLP (High Volume Low Pressure), airless, pressure pot, electrostatic or tumble spray.

Wet coating is loaded into a spray gun (handheld or automated) and, under pressure, atomized as it is sprayed onto the surface of the component. This can also be done on a production line.

  • Advantages: Smoother, cleaner appearance than dip spin, small parts do not need to be racked after coating

For maximum performance, follow the cure process as specified in the Product Data Sheets and the general mixing procedures indicated in the video.
