Typical Application Product Code Description
Any mating surfaces that needs dry lubrication in high speed reciprocating environments. The surface is particularly hard and lubricious. 1000, 1010, 1070 High temperature resistance; low coefficient of friction; abrasion/wear resistance; dry-film lubricant; thermoset.
Perfect for difficult applications where multiple releases are needed such as bread trays and products with high sugar content. XLR 17-353 over 17-080 Proprietary fluoropolymer technology top coat for superior release offered over various reinforced levels of primer systems.
Deep molds. 1700 over 4018 Multicoat PFA system. Pigmented versions available for colour options. Use of pigmented dispersions can aid application in deep molds.
For rubber molds. 1756 over 4018 Multicoat FEP system. Pigmented midcoat for color options.
The best general purpose one coat system for release, specifically at lower temperature ranges for example in food release or tire mold applications. 1840/8840/8843/8870 Resin-bonded, thermosetting, dry film lubricant. Spray applied in thin coats.
High performance mold release product. 7050/7252/7353 Special internally reinforced abrasion-resistant three-coat PTFE system for nonstick.
Boiled sweet molds, thermal sealing bands for the packaging industry. 8110 Resin-bonded, thermosetting, dry film lubricant/easy-clean coating. Application: Conventional spray.
Mold applications with price restrictions, sweet molds. 8810 High cure, PTFE based, interior coating. Application: Conventional spray.
Molding of reinforced plastic composites. 80-610 High-build PFA multicoat dispersion that can be used over primer or as topcoat over powder for improved release and longer life. Reinforced version available.
Used when you want PFA performance with longer lasting, higher release. 80-510 PFA General PFA fluoropolymer powder coating material for thicker coatings.
Used when you want PFA performance with longer lasting, higher release. 80-511 PFA+ PFA+ a proprietary PFA fluoropolymer technology in a powder coating material.
