Product Code Description
Xylan 1010 Dry-film lubricant used for any wear surface to reduce friction, prevent scoring and galling, and provide secondary lubrication in the event of failure of the primary (conventional) lubricant. In addition to its low coefficient of friction (0.05), Xylan 1010 has good nonstick properties, good chemical resistance, and operates at temperatures up to 275˚C (525˚F).
Xylan 1052 Dry-film lubricants formulated specifically for high-pressure, low-speed industrial/mechanical wear applications. Its unique chemistry provides dependable, bonded lubrication for bearing surfaces subjected to extreme pressures up to 10,500 kg/cm2 (150,000 psi).
Xylan 1331 Contains PTFE for outstanding wear, corrosion, chemical and abrasion resistance with a lubricious, nonstick surface.
Xylan 1424 VOC-compliant, resin-bonded, thermally cured, dry-film lubricant. Designed for use on fasteners to prevent corrosion and facilitate make-up torque. It can be used from -40 to +204˚C (-40 to +400˚F). It has exceeded 1,500 hours ASTM B-117 salt fog test (ask for Xylan 1427 for increased corrosion resistance).
Xylan 1632 Fluoropolymer coating made for economical application (curtain or coil coating) to head gaskets for ease of sealing and easy removal.
Xylan 5230 The fastener-class coating specified for years as an approved engineering material for automotive fasteners by DaimlerChrysler, Ford and General Motors.

Formulated to be absolutely free of all restricted heavy metals, particularly chromium, Xylan 5230 is dry, non-oily and non-greasy, with a uniform, attractive black appearance. Outstanding and consistent torque/tension characteristics with superb corrosion resistance.
