Fusion is a sol-gel ceramic coating system; a hybrid of organic and inorganic chemistry common to ceramic engineering.   Fusion is a sol-gel ceramic coating system; a hybrid of organic and inorganic chemistry common to ceramic engineering. Fusion offers many advantages over conventional nonsticks, including being totally free of any PTFE and PFOA, high temperature range (850°F/455°C), and lower cure temperature, which saves time and money. Additionally, Fusion is waterborne; handling, mixing and cleanup are accomplished with water.

Xylac is a high-temperature decorative coating used most often on cookware exteriors.   Xylac is a high-temperature decorative coating used most often on cookware exteriors. Xylac bonds tenaciously to steel, aluminum, plastics and even chrome. It has a maximum operating temperature of 500°F/260°C. This coating has good gloss and can be produced in virtually any color including earth tones, pastels, bright white and metallic. A sample of some of the colors available is shown here.
